Shipping policy

Shipping calculated at checkout. We ship to the USA and Canada addresses.

For Continental USA shipments, please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive.

For Canada shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon customs department processing. Canadian customers assume responsibility for any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred from customs.

After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information, and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.

IMPORTANT - Please inspect package contents immediately. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@directoronlyservices.com or call us at (603) 890-3336. We will not be held liable for damage claims after 30 days from ship date.
